Do you ship worldwide?

We do! 

When will I receive my order?

Shipping time to the USA usually takes between 3-5 weeks. International orders may take up to up 8 weeks. Please be patient, we know waiting can be a hassle :( 

If you feel you've waited too long for your order, don't hesitate to contact us by emailing support@vivaoceans.com. We're here for you! 

I only received part of my order. Where is the rest?

Many of our products are manufactured at different locations, so your items may arrive separately and at different times.

Don't worry, your order is on the way :)

Why isn't my tracking number working?

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee all of our suppliers will offer tracking numbers. If your tracking number isn't working, please be patient. It takes up to 2-4 days for your tracking numbers to be added to the system.

My item broke. What should I do?

We know, things can happen. We offer a 30 day warranty on all items. If your item broke within this time frame, please email us at support@vivaoceans.com. Include a picture of the item in it's original packaging and your order number, and we'll send you a new replacement :)

How do I return an item?

We offer fully-refunded returns only if a mistake was made on our side, or if an item was damaged during shipping.

If your items arrived damaged or does not match its product description, email us at support@vivaoceans.com and we will provide you with the address and necessary info to complete your return.

Do you ship to FPO, APO, or DPO addresses?

At the moment, we do not offer shipping to US military or US diplomatic addresses.
